TRIBUNJOGJA.COM, SLEMAN - Communication Department of UPN Veteran Yogyakarta will be developed into Creative Communication Faculty of UPN VeteranYogyakarta.

"There is only the Communication Science Department, it will be developed into the Faculty of Creative Communication. If this is the process of the strategic planning in this year, so far the process is still there," said the Chairman of Communication Department UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, Subhan Afifi on Wednesday 7/3/2018).

In the future, it has also planned to open the Visual Communication Design Study Program and Animation and Games Study Program in stages that will be accommodated on this faculty.

"Now, it consists of at least 3 departments of Communication Science, Public Relations and Prodi Master of Science Communication," he continued.

He said, the reason to develop the Faculty of Creative Communication was to develop a pure Communication Science with a more creative approach.

"We want to combine a pure Communication Science and a more creative approach to science, so it will accommodate two great majors to be a Faculty of Creative Communication," he told Tribunjogja.com. (*)
