Thursday, March 23rd, 2017, YayasanCendana Riau and UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta signed a Memorandum of Understanding in education. This signing was attended by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Sari Bahagiarti K. Msc., Deputy Rector commissioning Academic Affairs, Dr. Mohammad Irhas Efendi, MS, Head of Cooperation and Public Relation Sub-division, Markus Kusnardijanto, S. Sos.

The MOU was signed by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Sari Bahagiarti K. Msc. And the director of Yayasan Cendana Riau, Deni Satria, M.Pd, in the Rector’s room, the Rector’s Building, on floor 1.

In his visit to the UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, Deni Satria, M.Pd was accompanied by the Principal of Yayasan Cendana Riau. The Director of Yayasan Cendana Riau, Deni SatriaM.Pd, expressed his purpose and aims of his visit to UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, namely to maintain good relationship and cooperate in the field of education.

At the meeting, Deni Satria, M.Pd, also explained that Yayasan Cendana Riau supervises 13 schools, including Primary Schools, Junior High Schools and High Schools, with students numbering 4.000. With the cooperation, Deni Satria, M.Pd hopes that more of his students, especially XII grade students, will go to UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, via the SNMPTN, SBMPTN and  SMPTN channels for the 2017/2018 Academic Year.
