YOGYAKARTA - A total of 303 permanent non-PNS employees (non-civil servants) at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) were finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. The government's breakthrough in the selection of Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) became a cure for their disappointment. It is because at the CPNS admission some times ago, most of the employees could not participate in the selection because of age. "This P3K is equivalent to civil servants, with the rules made by the government opening opportunities for permanent employees in New State Universities that have exceeded the age limit of Civil Servants (PNS) applicants," said Head of HR and Organization Bureau, Kemenristekdikti, Ari Hendarto Saleh while reviewing the exam location. Ari said, P3K employees are almost the same as civil servants. They will get rights and guarantees like civil servants, work accident insurance, health insurance and protection. For the salary, it will be equated with civil servants, but they do not get a retired pocket money. "The number of verified lecturers at the National Education Agency is 170, of which 168 are validated. Tendon 134 is verified, all are also validated." Ari said. Today, Sunday (24/2) the UPNVY staff consisting of lecturers and education staff took the P3K exam which took place at N 7 Vocational School of Yogyakarta. They took a selection test consisting of 90 managerial competency questions, socio-cultural, technical competencies, and 10 interview questions. "The total perfect score of all questions is 180. While the minimum grade of all tests is 65," Ari said. Ari also said that it is currently around 3000 non-civil servant permanent employees from 35 New State Universities who are under the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Educatio. (Wwj / PR)
