SLEMAN – The registration of Higher Education Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN) 2019 has been opened on Monday (06/10/2019) at 13.00 WIB. The registration takes place for 2 weeks or lasts until June 24, 2019. The main requirement for participating in the SBMPTN 2019 is that the participants must have a Computer Based Writing Test (UTBK) score.

"This UTBK score is used to register to the intended PTN. If you register in the science and technology study program, you will use the UTBK score of the science”, said Marcus Kusnardijanto, UPN" Veteran "Yogyakarta Sub-dept. Of Cooperation and Public Relations (UPNVY), Tuesday (11/6).

Likewise, Deputy versa, continued Marcus, for study programs or social humanities majors, the UTBK score used is the social humanities. The SBMPTN 2019 registration can be done online through the registration page - sbmptn.ltmpt.ac.id. 

Marcus delivered that the SBMPTN 2019 line is not only for graduate students in 2019, but also for 2017 and 2018.

"The 2019 graduates use the certificate of graduation from school. Whereas, those who graduate from 2017 and 2018 must have a diploma”, said Marcus.

UPNVY provides a capacity of 3,180 students this year. Of these, 1,591 students are allocated through the SBMPTN route. This number is higher than the previous year which was 1,108 students.

The following are the requirements and steps of registration as quoted from the official SBMPTN 2019 page https://sbmptn.ltmpt.ac.id/

1.      Requirements for Participants 

·         High school / MA / SMK / equivalent students graduating in 2017, 2018 must have a diploma.

·         High school / MA / SMK / equivalent students graduating in 2019 must have a Letter of Secondary Education Graduation which at least contains information of identity and the latest color passport photograph and is signed by the school principal and stamped with a valid stamp.

·         Has UTBK Value.

·         Has an adequate health so he will not disturb the smoothness of the study process.

·         Has NISN.

·         The participants who choose art and sports study programs must upload PORTFOLIO.

·         UTBK fees are borne by the participant and government subsidies.

·         Not passing the 2019 SNMPTN pathway.

2.      Registration Steps

SBMPTN 2019 registration is done through the page http://pendaftaran-sbmptn.ltmpt.ac.id in the following way.

·         Fill in the Biodata page (except for the participants who have already registered at SNMPTN 2019).

·         Choose the state universities and study programs provided. The applicants can choose at most two universities and choose at most two study programs in one or two universities.

·         Upload the portfolio forms *) for the applicants who choose study programs of arts and sports. The procedure for filling out the portfolio forms can be downloaded from the http://download.sbmptn.ac.id

·         Upload other documents in accordance with the requirements for the SBMPTN 2019 registration.

*) Portfolio Form

Especially for the applicants who choose arts and sports study programs, they must upload the portfolios as additional materials for the selection process in SBMPTN 2019. SBMPTN 2019 Portfolio Types are:

·         Sports Portfolio

·         Art, Design and Craft Portfolio

·         Dance Portfolio (including Sendratasik (ballet) for the Dance options)

·         Theater Portfolios (including Theater / Drama option)

·         Music Portfolio (including Sendratasik (ballet) for the Music options)

·         Karawitan (traditional music instrument) Art Portfolio

·         Ethnomusicology Portfolio

·         Photography Portfolio

·         Film and Television Portfolio
