Sleman - UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta held a graduation ceremony for diploma, bachelor and master programs in the 4th period of the 2018/2019 academic year on Saturday, July 13, 2019 in UPN "Veteran" Auditorium in Yogyakarta. UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta graduated 788 graduates. There were 411 students (52%) of the 788 students,  who succeeded in graduating cum laude.

Rani Nuraeni, is the best graduate who won the best GPA. The graduate with the best GPA score was carried by a child from the parking lot. She graduated from the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.95.

Rani registered to UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta through the Joint Selection of State Universities (SBMPTN). Luckily, Rani was a Bidikmisi student so she got a scholarship that helped her to ease the burden on her parents. She also thanks to the assistance of Forsiremis Foundation who made her be able to study at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. This foundation is a foundation that helps underprivileged and accomplished children. Thanks to this foundation, Rani could study at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta.

Rani believes that the success she got is the result of her parents' prayers and the support from various parties. "All happened because of my parents' prayers and the support of various parties, I am very grateful to all of them", she added kindly.

"The key of success is never get despaired, keep fighting, pray and keep the spirit to achieve the success," said Rani

Not only paying attention to the lectures and listening to material from lecturers, but the daughter of Didi Supriadi (58) also became a student who was active in various activities such as UKM Seni, UKM Islamic Student Family (KMI), and joined Himmatana. In fact, some time ago, she became takmiroh of UPNVY Nuruttaqwa Mosque.
