As the follow up of the meeting held on March 16th, 2017 on HKIN (national Information Transparency Day) on May 4th, 2017, Information Commission of Spcial Province of Yogyakarta (Komisi Informasi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta) again invited the Public Relations of UPN Veteran” Yogyakarta to attend the Coordination Meeting for the Continuity of Indonesia’s National Awakening Day (HKIN) 2017, which was a follow up of the coordinating   meeting previously held in which UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta  was given a quota to send its 11 personnel to take part in the “sakisane” mass aerobic. The Public Relations Department will be represented by Markus, Rita and Dewi. The Head of the AKPK is also planning to participate in the event.

The HKIN commemoration officially falls on April 30th, 2017 but in Yogyakarta it was held on May 7th, 2017, as on April 30th, 2017, there would the national commemoration ceremony so Yogyakarta had decide to hold the peak of HKIN commemoration day in on May 7th, 2017, coinciding a “car-free” day, held and promoted by Kedaulatan Rakyat daily newspaper, and KIP of Yogyakarta is planning to send 200 persons to participate in the mass aerobic and the participants would receive a t-shit and snacks. The committee (KIP) cooperated with Lion Dance who has frequently participated in “car-free” days.

Information Transparency Consultation stands will be provided, so we do not only socialize Information Transparency but also encouragepeople to be aware of Information Transparency. This Information Transparency socialization was filled with orations/speeches from three elements

• Legislative;
• Executive; and
• NGOs

The Program was scheduled to be opened at 06.00 and would last until about 09.00 West-Indonesian Time.

06.00 - 07.30: mass aerobic

07.30 – 07.45: distribution of heavy snacks, orations, and door prizes

08.00 – 09.00: distributions of leaflets
