SOCIALIZATION OF FEB DEAN ELECTION OF UPNVY PERIOD 2020-2024 :: dipost pada 28 Januari 2020

Sleman_The Election Committee of the Dean of Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta held a socialization in the MD room, Ground Floor of the Faculty of Economics and Business. This event was held in a series of FEB Dean election of UPNVY for the period 2020 - 2024. The purpose of this socialization was to convey information about the Dean selection process within the FEB environment, UPNVY. The series of UPNVY FEB Dean elections is based on the Chancellor’s  Regulation of UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta No. 1 of 2020 on January 2, 2020 and Chancellor’s  egulation No. 7 of 2019.

Dr. Diah Lutfi Wijayanti, M.Si as the head of the selection committee for prospective FEB Dean of UPNVY said that the election requirements are based on the the Chancellor’s  Regulation of UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta No. 1 of 2020 on January 2, 2020 and Chancellor’s  Regulation No. 7 of 2019.

The Chairman of the FEB Dean Election Committee of UPNVY added that the first stage of the election and appointment process of the FEB Dean UPNVY was selecting the prospective Deans, Friday to Monday, 24-27 January 2020 at 15.00. If the prospective Dean's quota has not been fulfilled, then the selection committee extends to Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 15:00. UPNVY's FEB Senate will determine and announce the prospective Deans on January 29, 2020. Thursday, January 30, 2020 is the silent period and Friday, January 31, 2020, is the time when the Dean Candidates delivere their vision and mission before the Faculty Senate and Chancellor, followed by voting at a closed meeting of the FEB Faculty Senate.

 "The requirements for the prospective Dean of FEB UPNVY are that they must be employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), have faith and be devoted to God Almighty, physically and mentally healthy as evidenced by a statement from the UPN" Veteran "Yogyakarta medical team, at the age of 60 years at the highest at the end of the current tenure, have managerial experiences in higher education, at least as the Head of Department or other equivalent for at least 2 years, have a Doctorate education, occupy  the lowest academic position of the Head Professor and havereceived an educator certificate, are willing to be nominated being a Dean in writing, are willing to sign an Integrity Pact, have every element of employee performance appraisal at least of good value in the last 2 years, do not undergo study assignments or study permits for more than 6 months in the context of further studies that leave the task of higher education tridharma which is revealed n in writing, do not currently undergo moderate or severe disciplinary punishment, have never been sentenced to prison based on a court decision that has permanent legal force, has never committed plagiarism as provided for in statutory provisions, are free of narcotics, precursors and other addictive substances, have made and submitted the Report of the Wealth of State Officials to the Corruption Eradication Commission and do not concurrently hold the position of another management organization”, continued Diah Lutfi.
