SLEMAN - UPN "Veterans" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) imposes restrictions on access within the campus. This provision is stated in UPNVY Encyclical Letter Number. 12 / UN62 / RT.02 / 2020 concerning the restrictions on the Use of UPNVY Campus, Building, Gardens and Land Areas which was signed by the Chancellor on March 23, 2020.

This instruction follows two Encyclical Letters concerning the prevention of the spread of Covid-19 and the Adjustment of Employee Working Hours that have already been issued.

The restriction is based on an increase in the spread of the Covid-19 virus, so the UPNVY Chancellor takes steps to restrict access to the campus area at UPNVY. These restrictions are applied from March 23 to May 29, 2020.

Since this letter was set, the restrictions on access have been fully carried out by the guards of security officers.  The access to the Condongcatur campus area is only from the North gate, and Campus 2 Babarsari from the West Gate. The UPNVY lecturers and staffs are only allowed to enter the campus area after getting an approval from the Chancellor. (wwj / PR)
