Sleman - Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta will graduates 293 students with 165 students successfully graduating with cum laude honors in the graduation period of the academic year 2019/2020, Saturday, July 25, 2020 through the Zoom online meeting platform.

Eko Purnomo, MM as the Head of Teaching Division said that the 4th graduation succeeded in graduating 277 undergraduates with 153 cum laude graduates and 16 graduates from master program with 12 cum laude graduates. He also conveyed that in the undergraduate program, Putri Puji Astuti from the Agrotechnology study program succeeded in achieving cumlaude with the highest cumulative achievement index (GPA) of 3.96, while from the master program, Topan from Magister Management managed to achieve cumlaude with the highest GPA value of 3 , 92.

Eko Purnomo, MM explained that the graduation procession for the academic year of 2019/2020 is carried out online or online due to the covid-19 pandemic that has still rifed in Indonesia, so an online graduation procession will be done in accordance with the Chancellor's Regulation of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta Number 5 Year 2019 dated February 1 concerning the Academic Calendar 2019/2020 of Diploma Program, Bachelor Program, Masters Program, and Doctoral Program. "Graduation period 4 is indeed done online due to the condition of the co-19 pandemic, so it cannot be done directly as usual where the students will surely feel unsatisfied. When the condition allows it in the future and the government has also allowed it, the graduates who have been already participating in this 4th graduation procession this time can be permitted to attend the graduation procession next October," Eko Purnomo added.
