The regulation states that the Higher Education Internal Quality Assurance System cycle consists of 5 stages, namely Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control and Improvement (PPEPP). In this cycle, the stages of determination and implementation are the duties of the Higher Education Leaders, while evaluation and control are the duties of the Auditor Team.
Dr. Dian Indri Purnamasari, M.Sc., Ak., CA, as the Head of Internal Quality Assurance Center stated that the workshop and plenary activity agenda on the first day was followed by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities conducted by the Vice Chancellor, Dean, Chair of the Institute and the Secretary of the Institute , Head of Bureau and Chair of SPI. On the same occasion, Johanes Pramana Gentur Sutapa, Dr., Ir., M.Sc as the resource person delivered material on the importance of quality cultural commitment from the leadership. "SPMI requires a leadership commitment to create a quality culture that becomes a collective work ethic. Some things that need to be the focus of attention in SPMI include: Activities of leaders related to the quality assurance system, looking in more detail at the reciprocal relationship of inputs and outputs / outcomes in Higher Education, and observing the participation of staff and students in developing a quality culture and quality assurance process. How will we reach the standard if we don't have a standard to be achieved; quality assurance works effectively if it has clear objectives and the involvement of all academicians with high commitment from the leadership. LP3M is in charge of helping to set standards, but the initiative and responsibility lies with the leadership,” explained Johanes Pramana while giving material on the second day, 27 October 2020.
As the closing, at the end of the activity, 37 SPMI standard documents were signed consisting of 8 SPMI Education Standard Documents, 8 SPMI Research Standard Documents, 8 SPMI Community Service Standard Documents, 4 SPMI Student Affairs Standard Documents, 3 SPMI Governance Standard Documents, 5 Standard Documents SPMI Administration Services, and 1 Standard Document of SPMI Independent Learning - Independent Campus. Furthermore, these documents will be submitted for review and approval from the University Senate. PR
