SLEMAN - A total of five workstation units and academic license software were symbolically handed over by the President Director of PT. Energy Consulting Indonesia (PT ECI), Nugroho Setio to the Rector of UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) Prof. Sari Bahagiarti K, Monday (19/02/2018) at FTM Building UPN Condong Catur Campus. This handover was a follow-up cooperation of both parties that has already signed on December 5, 2017.

UPNVY Rector in her speech said that the lecturers and students would use the PT.ECI assistance in having the lectures.

"The PT. ECI assistance is very passionate for us especially for geological, geophysics and oil engineering. Hopefully the next cooperation would not only in the energy field but also with other faculties, "said Sari.

In addition to workstations, PT. ECI also provided a software application training to lecturers at  UPNVY for the Faculty of Mineral Technology. PT. ECI and UPNVY would also collaborate on research projects.

"The plan is that we will conduct a public training in May. The trainer will be from us and UPN, "said Nugroho. (wwj / humas)
