TRIBUNJOGJA.COM - The Rector of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional  (UPN) Veteran Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sari Bahagiarti K MSc reminds the students who also have a part time job to be smart in managing time.

"The character of a person's personality is different, if he is good in managing his time, maybe he ccan study and have a part time job, and can be successful, if the person is lazy and unstructured, the lectures are chaotic to prefer to his work," she explained.

Sari also gave her support to the students who choose to study while working.

According to her, in this age of digital and online industrial revolution, the work that utilizes IT is more suitable for them.

"He does not need to go out of his time, he just uses mobile phone and laptop, it can work, it's a good opportunity and I think it's not bad, it's important to manage time," she said.

She  added that those who can succeed by pursuing the work will be able to create jobs for others when they finish the study.

"Even so, if you can, complete the lecture first, so when you finish the study, you  have a diploma.When you have a diploma, you have a weapon. You can be calm," she said. (*)
