Sleman-Today, UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) informs the results of the Bachelor Program's Independent Selection (SM) exam. The results of the Independent Selection will be announced on Tuesday (30/7/2019) on the page pmb.upnyk.ac.id, at 13.00 WIB. A total of 1,109 participants will be accepted through this program.

The Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Suharsono, said that there were 1,109 new students accepted on the independent selection. Previously, UPNVY also received 636 new students from the SNMPTN program and 1,595 new students from the SBMPTN.

"The prospective new students, who are declared being accepted at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta through the Independent Selection 2019, are required to prepare documents for the reregistration. The reregistration can be done through the page pmb.upnyk.ac.id, from August 2 to August 7, 2019. If the prospective new student does not complete the biodata or does not re-register until that date, they are considered to give their rights up as the prospective undergraduate students new of the Academic Year 2019/2020", he said.

The Chairperson of the new student admissions, Dr. Hendro Wijanarko, MT, said that in order to find out the results of the Independent Selection, the regular participants must login to the website pmb.upnyk.ac.id by using receipts number and pin numbers, while the Bidikmisi participants must log in using NISN Number and date of birth.

On the same occasion, the Subdivision Head of Cooperation and Public Relations, Markus Kusnardijanto, S.Sos., said that the participants who had not been accepted for undergraduate programs through the independent selection, they can register for the Chemical Engineering Diploma Program at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. Its registration is still open until August 1, 2019. Its exam uses a Computer-Based Writing Test System (UTBK). The exam will be held on August 3, 2019, the place is in the Computer Laboratory Room, Babarsari Campus. The announcement of the results of the Chemical Engineering D3 exam will be announced on August 5, 2019.
