SLEMAN - Thousands of students from various universities and campuses in Yogyakarta filled the first day of Emtek Goes To Campus (EGTC) 2019, Wednesday (11/20). This time the event was held at the Faculty of Agriculture of UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY), for two days from Wednesday to Thursday, November 20-21, 2019.

On this first day, EGTC 2019 presented a number of speakers from EMTEK, Kiwi, Bukalapak, and KLY. They explained various topics related to the readiness of students in the digital age work world.

"From the observation, there were around 1700 students attended the first day of the event. The room for the workshop was crowded, unable to accommodate the enthusiasm of the students. So, we have to provide LCD screens in the lobby and lobby”, said the Head of UPNVY Cooperation and Public Relations, Marcus Kusnardijanto.

Marcus said the EGTC  2019 activities were the result of collaboration between UPNVY and Emtek. Preparation and coordination has continuely done between the two sides for the sake of the event implementation.

On the second day, EDTC will hold Big Bang by presenting top speakers including Najwa Syihab, Panji Pragiwaksono, Abimana, Pevita Pierce, and others.

"We hope there will be more participants. Tthe event will take place in the Auditorium Building tomorrow with a capacity of around 3000”, he said. (wwj / PR)
