SLEMAN - UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta celebrates its 61st Anniversary by holding various series of activities and competitions.

The event began with an international seminar held by the faculty last November. Then, it continued by having a series of competition activities of sports, art, and expo.

The Chairman of the Committee, Sujatmiko said that the activities targeted on general and internal participants.

"The international seminars refers to the general public participants. Meanwhile, the other activities are for the internal members and academic community", he said.

In addition to the academic community, some activities also targeted on general public participants.

"For the night run activity on December 5, we invited the running community in Yogyakarta", he said

Like the previous celebrations, the anniversary celebration was also enlivened with a series of activities from alumni entitled Pulang Kampus.

Returning to Campus is an event for alumni to gather and discuss giving suggestions for campus progress.

The highlight of the anniversary will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 by holding an Open Senate Assembly which is planned to be attended by the Deputy Minister of Defense and representatives from the Ministry of Education and Culture. (wwj / PR)
