However, there are new breakthroughs in the culinary business during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of them is coffee which is packaged in 1 liter bottles. Usually, ready-to-drink coffee is sold in small bottles or in glasses so that it can be drunk directly.
"One liter of coffee arises because of a pandemic, if there is no pandemic it might wait 2-3 more years," he said.
Ricky said that if it is necessary, there is a good digital ecosystem to accommodate these creative industry players. In addition, it is also necessary to collaborate with one another to develop Indonesia through the creative economy in the new normal era.
"There must be an awareness that the world will not return to normal as before. The challenge going forward is that collaboration is needed to prepare a new ecosystem that is more resilient," he said.
