BANGI SELANGOR – Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering (UPT) UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) Ir.Tjukup Marnoto, M.T., Ph.D conducted a visit to Universiti Kebangsaaan Malaysia (UKM) for two days, Tuesday-Wednesday, 13-15 September 2017.

This visit was a cooperation effort in improving the university academic quality for the campus internationalization.

In this visit, Tjukup was accompanied by Dr. Awang Hendrianto, Lecturer Department of Informatics Engineering Pratomo, S.T., M.T . They were received directly by the Dean of Faculty of Science Technology Maklumat (FTM) UKM Prof. Dr. Abdullah Mohd Zin, Chairman of UKM Postgraduate Director Dr. Nazlia Omar and officials in the FTM UKM neighborhood of the local campus.

Awang said the visit was held in order to attend an invitation from the SME FTM Dean to discuss a memorandum of agreement (MoA) between FTI UPNVY and SME FTM.

"The visit also aims to discuss Ph.D. inhouse for lecturers at FTI UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, "said Awang.

Awang said the SME FTM welcomed the cooperation. It also discussed the exchange opportunity of lecturers and students from both sides. (BMW-fti).
